Amazon Studios Setting Up Shop
Amazon Studios the content arm of the global online retailer is also in the process of moving into the area. Per early report they have a pre-leased office currently under development at 9336 Washington Blvd., where they will focus on video, film, and online content production. Estimated time of completion and move in is 2021.
Silicon Beach & Culver City
The property is in close proximity to Silicon Beach a major hub outside of Northern California for global internet and technology firms. As many of these companies begin to grow, they are moving closer inland to the Culver City area, and closer to the location of this property.
